Great value and straightforward accommodation with wonderful setting very close to public transport, buses and the mountains. Exceptionally comfortable bed in budget double room with central heating and cable programming.

it was close to which is perfect for pre-lift breakfast-, an amazing underground tunnel, and the rental shops and lifts, unbeatable location overall. plus there was a lake, within 25 minutes walk or so.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Fairly clean property with very helpful and active staff. The breakfast except for the bakery right next door. Smooth check-in, parking on site. Everything good...

The budget queen room we stayed in was budget on the top floors. Central heating and multi-channel television were a very nice touch. The location of this hotel close to the lake and town and shopping mall was great.

The value for money at Arena Lodge was fantastic, with unique and spacious rooms that had a ski-themed touch. The location right in front of the ski lift and rental area made it extremely convenient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved by offering more variety and allowing guests to take smaller portions of certain items instead of having to purchase larger quantities.

I loved the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were very very helpful and active. My budget quadruple room was modern & budget. The location was absolutely perfect, at a moderate distance from Ski Lift Flims. There was a NICE restaurant, a mall and a bakery next door.

The total stay was real good on a road trip. Airy and budget units with balcony, heating for ski boots, comfy beds, and the staff were superfriendly. We stayed for trip and will come back.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect with the cable cars just across the street, making it easy for us to go skiing. The hotel facilities were clean, and the receptionist was very nice and even allowed us to check in early. We also appreciated the free parking, which helped us save money. Moreover, the hotel was situated close to many restaurants, allowing us to enjoy a variety of cuisines.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered complimentary drinks upon arrival and helped with directions around the area. The location was also fantastic, very close to the ski area and shops. The room amenities were also good.

But the room wasn't very comfortable. The bed and pillows were too hard and didn't provide a good night's sleep.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the ski lifts and a delectable bakery. The ski room area is spacious and comes equipped with boot warmers, while towels, soap, and shampoo were provided. Tea and coffee are also available free of charge at reception. The friendly staff were ready to assist whenever required.

The lack of security for luggage storage was concerning.

Perfect location, helpful staff, discount on ski rental, great bars and club, easy check-in/check-out.
